After studying Bio Chemistry at Uni, I headed to Canada to travel and explore the world a little (well, do some snowboarding and surfing anyway), I somehow ended up making burritos and homemade snacks on Vancouver Island. Little did i know it was the start of something that would take over my life forever. Fast foward a few years after I cooked at a Mexican resto, Italian, A Gordon Ramsey place, a posh Eco lodge and a few private cheffing gigs and I find myself more passionate about food than ever. This blogs going to be a place I can put my passion into writing and share a few of my opinions of the industry i’ve got myself into.
Enjoy……
Adam, WOW! I hope that a small part of your incredible passion for food was somehow conceived when you worked for me, see…. I knew you had it in you all along, stoked for you!
well, i guess it was, when people ask where i’ve cooked, it usually starts off in tofino at breakers! I think changing to cooking in the evenings was initially motivated by being able to surf in the mornings when the days got shorter. Cheers for training me up and making me work the night shifts…..
